Well I licked the windows, i kicked open the doors and bashed some heads and the new jeep has arrived! Deal done!
I conceded on some items but overall i was happy with the deal!!
Got the deal over the line in the end this morning after a few days going back and forth, the art of negotation was that it was coming to the end of the month & the sales team had targets to hit! I call that leverage!!!
I found silence was also the greatest tool, that eery silence made the sales rep uneasy!!
