Blue Nude

Just some of the knicknacks on the mantlepiece! The tulips are doing well, over a week old - a fresh vase of water and they might last a few more days.

A busy day - the bedroom is now painted and what joy - we both agree only one coat is necessary!  It looks very fresh in elfin blue. I over estimated my paint requirements and have a large tin if anyone wants it - collect after lockdown!

Excellent sound track again by Daphne and I've located my melancholy Scotsman - Ca' the Yowes by Dougie Maclean. By a wondrous twist of fate, he wrote my favourite piece in the Last of the Mohicans,  The Gael here with some superb bagpipes - channeling my inner Scot tonight.
