Fresh Fish

I'm cooking this while I publish my blip.  It is being baked in a thick mixture of tomatoes, onion, leeks and olives which was cooked first then spread around the whole fish.  Bake in the oven for 20minutes.  A simple recipe and a change from fillets.  The forester and Andrew the bee keeper went out this morning at gentlemens hours of 9 am.  They went to the Waimea esturary which we see from our deck.  He thinks that is cool to be fishing in sight of ones house.  I was taken by the irridescient blus spots and the silver belly.  Then I concentrated on focusing the eye so much that the spots are blurry but too bad this is my blip today.
