NATURAL PRUNING

This bushy plant (whatever it is....Primrose, maybe?) from my neighbor's garden has been expertly pruned this winter by the local rabbit population. Look at each stem end...looks like it was sliced by a knife, right? Wrong.....rabbits!  Eastern Cottontails (Sylvilagus floridanus) to be specific. They are expert pruning machines.

If the cut ends are not clear....look in LARGE.
