#1 SIREN

The word of the day for the Dictionary Project is -

siren
noun.
1. A device in which compressed air or steam is driven against a rotating perforated disk to create a loud, often wailing sound as a signal or warning.
2. An electronic device producing a similar sound as a signal or warning: a police car siren.

This is the first installment in my turn at the Dictionary Project.
Those who have gone bravely before me are:
scattered polaroids
banana blips
Impoftheyard's photos
If you click on their link you will be magically transported
to the day that each of them started their own project.

The Project lasts for 2 weeks, where each day a word
is randomly selected out of the dictionary, no fudging!
Then by some manner of imagination, that word
is transformed into a photograph associated with
or depicting your interpretation of that word.
