Garden and sunset

This is the tidied garden after my labours on Sunday. The hellebore flowers do look a bit ragged and frostbitten but at least they're providing a bit of colour alongside the snowdrops elsewhere in the border.

Today's results are so uninteresting (pruning a rampant honeysuckle and a big pile of ironing) that they didn't inspire a blip! And spending precious hours of my life on the internet this morning is also unblipworthy. But it has been a productive day and I'm just keeping on chipping away at the coalface of mundane tasks.

The weather has definitely become chilly again despite a lack of wind. The weekend's welcome mildness got my hopes up!
