A varied day at work.
Sadly, not all cases had positive outcomes. I had to say a final goodbye to one of my favourite, and most challenging (clinically - she was the best wee cat) patients. Everything seemed much more complicated than I anticipated. A wee bundle of fluff that fell asleep in my hoodie whilst I looked under the microscope turned things round somewhat...
