Poet-tree in Motion

All over our part of town there are poems fixed to gates, railings, posts.  They have the Derby Book Festival branding on so I can only assume they're city-wide.  They've been up for a year or so now but they come and go, replaced according to the season. 

This one is on the park gate a few hundred yards from an enormous tree (extra) that was brought down by Storm Dennis in February 2020.  I've googled the poem and can't find any trace of it so I suspect it's been written for the tree.  The tree has been a source of entertainment, nature's climbing frame for so many children over the past year while the playground was taped off by the parks dept.
