Sticky Toffee

One of those puddings drizzled in a salted caramel sauce, chopped pecans delicately sprinkled on top and then finally grilled for that slightly crispy topping is one that I love baking. 

The last two have come out of the freezer for my blip and now supper. How this equates with losing lockdown weight I can't imagine but blip is a good excuse!
