The beak; a precision instrument for the jackdaw which this red deer stag seemed quite grateful for this morning.

3:20 alarm call to get the kids up to Heathrow by 6:00 and it was a no brainer to stop in at Bushy Park. to see what was about though I was a little peeved to miss the sunrise as I drove into Hampton. Great to bump into SueL7 as per usual in Bushy - see Extra.

The house is incredibly quiet and empty tonight and not sure when we'll all be together again.
