In spite of the good bright start of the day, grey clouds kept me inside. Until halfway into the afternoon, the clouds were torn apart. The sun came breaking through. So I rushed to find myself in the middle of the most spatious plains we have here in the region. From our Solling Home you can only see the treesilhouets at the other side of the Weservalley: there it is, I ,mean from behind there it starts. They call it the Cowhill or the Bushhill. It always attracted Us to go up over there.
From there a vast nearly infinite landscape opens up, going slightly down first. Mounting up then  towards the Langentaler Hölleberg. And behind there the vast backspace unvellops, the soft round Deiselberg and the old vulcanic tops pointing in the direction of Trendelburg, and invisible Hofgeismar. And in the middle of this vast space between earth and sky We loved to walk. Now I am happy and relieved to walk and sometimes halt for a moment. Alone, upright in the midst of these endless fields. Breathing in this Here&Now, cherished by the afternoon sun.
I make a long way round, taking a rest at the Crucifix. And from there to the south and back to the east again. The Parrotfarm still closed. Visiting the horses of the Limetree-Farm. And finally back to the Karl May-Horsefarm. Willemiens favorite grey-spotted Kissing-Horse was not present, but another friendly longhaired coldblooder came close to the fence. So we could stay together a while, touch and snif, walk some steps. Such a beautiful encounter after the Sunny walkaround.
