Goodbye to all that.

Was the title of Robert Graves’ biography but in this sense is us waving goodbye to our children’s collective childhoods. We’re clearing out 14 years of possessions and it is taking a long time. This drum kit belongs to one of our children and took him to grade 8. He doesn’t have room for it in his (rented) flat so it’ll have to go. It’s for sale but I think we will end up giving it away. I never envisaged being at this point in our lives but here we are !
