Baking Bread

It is nearly a year since I baked my first loaf. Little then did I realise  that this would become a regular part of my weekly routine with at least two loafs baked each week.  

Today has been a very quite day - we both spent much of the morning reading in bed. I have now started Klara by Kazuo Ishiguro and am really enjoying it, so much so I have only 50 pages left.
