The Blade

Reading is 6 miles from us, so we're not travelling there, even to see the new Banksy that has appeared (looking forward to that!). We went for a country walk one mile in the other direction and were rewarded with this rather nice view of Reading in the distance. The red kite was a lucky accident that I only spotted when I got home. No filters, just the standard 'enhance' in Windows.

The striking silhouette to the right of the cranes is The Blade, which is a distinctive shape on the Reading skyline.
