And then you find a hole in your sock?

A catch-up day today. Out for a 10k run which, thanks to my getting all competitive with the GPS watch, wasn't embarrassingly slow. Followed by hot chocolate in the bath (err... not a bath full of hot chocolate, rather a bath accompanied by a mug of hot chocolate) and then a fried egg, mushroom and bacon sandwich. Then listened to some music and, finally, just time to add to the series of blips of the light fitting that looks like a bum. It probably has a facebook group and twitter account by now.
