Fungus

I was checking out the fungus that I had found last month and it's still there and some of it is looking pretty soupy.   I still can't figure out what it is.   A few of you had made suggestions but this stuff doesn't seem to fit those suggestions.   Anyways, the sun has come out today though, it's been in and out.  the air is chilly and not quite warm enough to sit outside on the porch.
