... to the garden waste bin.

Funnily enough, the tulips in the other vases aren't as far gone and continue to give pleasure.

Rumour has it that Stirling Council is planning to start charging extra to have our garden waste collected. We will have to apply for a permit, to be displayed on our bin, so that the bin men know who has paid (and presumably who hasn't) If there is garden waste in a bin without a permit, it will not be emptied, but  our food waste, which goes into the same bin, will continue to be collected. Seems crazy to me, but what do I know?!
