Pork Chop

Spice rubbed pork chop, sautéed iceberg lettuce, olive sourdough, and cheddar. Wine: Santa Barbara Winery Chardonnay 2016.

To my horror, our CSA sent a head of iceberg lettuce this week. Iceberg lettuce is an abomination. I did the best I could to make it palatable by sautéing it with some dill and celery seed and whole grain mustard.
