Sausages

Grilled apple and Gouda pork sausages, and Napa cabbage braised with bacon drippings.

My husband thought I was a bit crazy to be grilling tonight (it's 50 degrees out, which is absolutely arctic for our area), but it was worth it. Afterward we will be having Champagne to celebrate my officially being inoculated (today is two weeks since my second vaccine shot). Champagne: Forget-Brimont Brut Rosé.
