Steak

Sous vide steak, corn, red Camargue rice, and cheddar. Wine: Le Baron de Brane Margaux 2015.

A good steak dinner with some CSA corn that's been in the freezer for a while. I had intended to grill the steak, but the weather (unexpected rain) did not cooperate. The wine was very nice. It is the second (and therefore somewhat more affordable) wine from Château Brane-Cantenac.
