New lamp post

The estate has been 'given' new lamp posts spaced 30 yards apart and a yard higher.  We now have more posts than before.  We were told these lights would 'lighten up dark spots.'  The old lights had been in since the late 60s.  Cumbria is in the process of getting new lights. Progress? Maybe.
