Shhhhh

I am struggling with noise sensitivity at the moment it's most OK until the neighbours shut their dogs out (for ages) and they bark and bark and bark and then little mouse starts getting loud and I just can't cope.

I borrowed his ear defenders for a bit, I've only just got them for him but I am now considering getting a pair for me.

I have been using noise cancelling earbud when the dogs are barking at bedtime.
