The Lozarithm Lens

Chippenham (Friday 12th March 2021)

Today's government-approved exercise took place up the road in Chippenham, an hour-long circular walk that took in a visit to my most local WHS to pick up a magazine they were holding for me.

This flock of pigeons took to the sky as I was standing on the town bridge. My walk took me through Monkton Park and up to St Mary's Lane, where my car awaited. The pair of swans in Extras can be seen on the river bank to the right, beside a family who had been feeding the swans and Canada geese.

Lozarhythm Of The Day:
Dry Cleaning - Scratchcard Lanyard (2020)
These are a four-piece from South-East London comprising Florence Shaw (spoken word poetry), Tom Dowse (gtr), Lewis Maynard (bass) and Nick Buxton (dr). I have been enjoying what I've heard on the radio and was planning to feature them at an appropriate time, and on this day film of them performing this piece on Later With Jools Holland was broadcast
