Cake

It’s been a baking day. This is a Gf carrot cake. Also made cheese scones and Cadbury mini egg cookies. Yet to try any of them but partner gave the cake a big thumbs up, said it tasted very light and with good spice. All from the How To Make Everything Gluten Free book by Becky Excell. Now watching rugby. Oh and we’ve toyed with booking a holiday to Greece this summer , yet to press Book. But my friend has rebooked our cruise to St Petersburg postponed from May 2021 to September 2022. Yay!
