Pet show 2

In the blip there are these pill heroes.

These pets found a packet of painkillers from my daughter's bag last night. When noticed these were taken into the emergency care of the vet for vomiting treatments - and later the dog for hydration treatment. I helped my daughter im this by driving as a pet taxi, and it was a good idea, as waiting room was outdoors due the corona virus situation.

In vet care it was found that the cat had not eaten the painkillers at all, but dog had. The vomiting treatment probably saved it's life, at least for a moment.

Owner of these animals is my daughter's "little sister's" mother, our family aquintance, but she was travelling to her parent's for the weekend. So the young girls were alone in the situation. Some phone calls with the owner and we agreed that we will try to help in taking care of the animal until she comes back.

I stayed with the youngsters for psychological help over night as we had got the dog back from vet's early in the morning, at 4am.

A tired day. Worrying like hell over these pets. The dog has to eat medication coal for two days now and time will show if it will manage or not. Apparently the cat is ok.
