Joelato

We got this delivery of gelato from a local company on Thursday morning. The poor woman arrived just as we came back from the Vet with Breagha and when I answered the door I had no idea what was what and my face was distorted and swollen crying ugly tears.  She was so sympathetic and apologetic arriving at this time but it wasn’t her fault at all.  We took the ice cream out today (Saturday) to taste it.  Jeez it’s lovely.  We got six tubs of different flavours (they do stock ones and a variety of others every month and deliver to the door) as Cameron has some for his birthday later in the month.  The flavours are immense!

We did some shopping for mums and went up to visit her.  I hadn’t seen her (only on FT) since Thursday when we were saying goodbye to Breagha and was shocked by how worn out she is with the shock of losing her wee pal.  She’s quite frail and at 92 this has hit her especially hard as she absolutely doted on Breagha.  Am sure when we FaceTime every evening it’s just to see Breagha sitting on the sofa between us.

We went for a walk with the gang and talked about Breagha and her antics as we walked -it helps to talk.

Evening we had the quiz - we lost AGAIN !

Remembering Dunblane Tragedy and the children and Gwen.   I’ve mentioned before our niece Rachel was in the P1 class.  It could quite easily been a different outcome for us.  Horrific
