Mother’s Day

We get tearful when we come downstairs in the morning cos there isn’t a wee face looking up as I open in the door, all excited to see us and then leap from the sofa to the door to get out and then BREAKFAST!

Went up to see mum hoping she would be ok to get out for a run in the car , along the Dundee road seeing where she lived and where the Cowpers all grew up. But she wouldn’t she is still quite knocked for six over Breagha. She’s quite listless and it’s not like her as she isn’t a complainer or one that gets badly affected by events but this one has knocked the stuffing from her.

We went though. Glendoick Garden Centre has opened and bought a lovely anemone for Breagha’s grave . It has many flowers and will bloom till the end of summer.

A new Cafe has opened at the Winery at Errol called the Peacock so we tried it. Only opened three weeks ago for takeaway but even In These times they have been busy. The coffee was top notch a d home made soup - Delish. They also had sold 50 Mothers Day gift parcels. Brilliant.

The gang came up later with my gift which nice nice to see them.

We miss Breagha so much.
