Up tails

A lovely day. Got the chores done then walked over to Margrove ponds. A great number of ducks there, mostly mallards but a few diving ducks too. The male mallards were chasing the females around. The females kept sticking their heads in the water as if they didn't want to listen any more of their consorts' chat. Understandable.
