Redshank

I was out with my husband this morning for a walk after breakfast.  Although the weather has been mainly grey the sun peaked out a few times.  We had our binoculars with us and took a walk to the estuary and then along the footpath to White bridge.  Various gulls and ducks were spotted in the scrapes including Shelducks, Widgeon, Mallards, a Moor Hen and a Curlew.  On the river estuary there were several Redshanks feeding.  An enjoyable morning walk.

This afternoon I am meant to be getting some photos together for a short presentation but haven't quite got round to it yet.
