Spooks

No gadding about for us today, unlike last Sunday. Really, we should have got up early and headed out, but as we often have been recently, we were a bit put off from the idea of heading out in case it proved to be too busy. But we did hatch a plan to head up to the Pentlands for an early walk some time this week. Probably it will then decide to rain...

So we stayed local for our exercise, taking an early walk down to the docks and back. As on previous days recently, it proved to be sunny and generally warm, so quite a few photos were taken. Here are some of the spooky gravestones in North Leith churchyard (scene of a meet up with some blippers the last time the lockdown was lifted), seen from the street.

The rest of the day drifted past. I spent a bit of time organising the unruly library on my kindle, and then washed the windows, before sitting out for a while in the sunshine. First time this year. Later on we had a zoom with norfolkdoc and W, catching up on various things, before a rather fishy dinner (which has left the flat a bit smelly :-( so I’ll have to open the balcony door overnight). Mr A has got his headphones on again, so I guess reading will be the order of the day this evening.
