Random!

I noticed this flowering plant as I drove back down a country lane near home the other day, so today I decided to go back and investigate.
However it is all rather odd! The plant looks like Borage (Borago officinalis), except the petals are twisted and not flat and it shouldn't be flowering in April. Does anyone have any ideas?
