I watched this amazing bit of machinery as it very carefully and accurately placed a bag of gravel on our drive on the precise spot that Gordon had indicated. The complexity of such machines and the skill required to manoeuvre them is impressive, especially when seen at close quarters like this.

I forgot to mention our fibre broadband yesterday. After all the excitement, there wasn't much to report. The road was closed and there was a lot of work going on, but we are not quite there yet. I don't mind, as long as things are still happening then its fine!
