Snoozing

Wild Wednesday: Snoozing in the sun

Percy pigeon, that lazy fellow, is here caught snoozing in the late afternoon sunshine.  He's been busy chasing all the female pigeons most of the day, so I guess he needs to grab his rest when he can.

The back is improving, slowly, so I've not been far.  As a result my choice of wild creature was limited to goldfinches or pigeons, and I've blipped the finches a fair bit recently.  You sometimes just have to be realistic and settle for what's available.  Hopefully it will have eased up a bit more tomorrow and I may be able to get out a bit further.
