Chamois in Vercorin

Just before sunset, we went to see the herd of chamois again. How wonderful to see them in the last of the evening light.

Another great day of skiing, this time in St Luc and Chandolin. The extras show the fabulous views from the high point. It felt like we were on top of the world. The Matterhorn is one of the mountains in the photos.

The other extra is one of the chalets in the hamlet of Pinsec on the road back to Vercorin. It is a tiny place with chalets perched on a small ridge. I’m not sure I’d be able to sleep there as they are perched on the edge of a huge drop...but they have been there for many years.
