Wood pellet delivery

On ordering I asked that they send one of the small tankers & was horrified when this monster arrived but in fact turned out well and it's actually very manoeuvrable with rear wheel steering. Using the company BayWa for the first time  as their price was substantially below our previous supplier.
We only ordered 2.5 tons as we want to change our order rhythm. For the last years we have always had to order in late winter when the price is at it's highest. Now I plan to order late summer. We can bunker nearly 6 tons which is equivalent to 3000 liters of heating oil. The current price comparison is 1600 Euros for 6000kg pellets against 2600 Euros for 3000 liters oil. Unfortunately the multis particularly those in the energy business have moved in to the market & are forcing up the prices. Sad fact of success.
