Sunday’s in this house are for catching up with family and friends, much yakking today, always good to catch up & to hear everyone’s news!


After lunch I was just putting walking shoes on, when the heavens opened and it’s been raining on and off ever since!
I did an online walking exercise hour, walked 5k a mix of jogging and walking different steps fast pace! Gets the old heart rate racing!

It’ll be light till 2000 tonight, British Summer time began today!

Always feel an bit discombobulated on day one of clocks changing!
