Lichen

It was looking like a flower, but then I spotted this lichen, most of it less than 1cm.
For those interested, it's Cladonia Ochrochlora, and is rather lovely.
Whatever did we do before Google:))

The news is on in the background and it's been revealed that another politician has behaved in a vulgar way.
What a surprise!
I suspect there's no end to this, but I really wish there would be.
I doubt anyone's reflecting on their behaviour or grappling with their conscience, as a result of their empathy training.
More likely they're working out the best way to react in the most politically expedient way.
Apologies for the rant, but the behaviour of some of these idiots beggars belief.
