Daffodil Walk

Encouraged by the forecast of good weather, we ventured into Gloucestershire today and walked the Daffodil Walk. This is a circular walk between two villages , Dymock and Kempley, well known for its abundance of wild daffodils. I wondered if they actually might have been over, but were mostly glorious, along with celandines, and primroses.
It was 10 miles of beautiful countryside, across fields, along streams and through orchards and woods. Really enjoyed it, and we’ve decided to try and get our more together!
My walks have been local round the block listening to podcasts or at Croome with a friend. His are up a hill and back down. So 10 miles circular with a few hills and beautiful scenery are the way forward .
