Lunch outdoors. 21C.

After a long walk this morning under cloudless skies, today will follow the same pattern as yesterday.
An afternoon in the garden.
So blessed to be able to have the time and space.
Banking energy for the arrival of the family in two days time!
Last day of March and it feels like summer.
The parks and beaches were packed yesterday as seen on the news.
John Betjeman wrote in his Seaside Poem:
“England leaves her centre for her tide line”
How very true today.
A mad dash to see sand and sea.
Except the people who brave it over the coming Easter weekend will have to wrap up warm!
