Limpid in the Kitchen

The forecast was for grey mizzle - they lied! It's been a lovely day, warm and sunny. The painter came down and said he's doing the house over Easter, starting on Friday - gone are the days when you were meant to do nothing on Good Friday. We've cleared around the house, cut back roses and other plants but I just hope I don't have to move my arch - clematis just about to come out!
I intended to do something creative down at the sea but was side-tracked by the cloud inversion going on over on the Mizen, and by the limpid blues of the sea. A nice chat with a friend who was  with her son. He was busy crabbing.
An announcement from our government - lockdown eases a little from 12th April when we are allowed to wander in the county and to meet up with two households, outside.  Can't wait!
