I Spied Nest Building On Spy Wednesday

Lovely walk this morning with my daughter, our dogs and my granddaughter down from Uni. I really enjoyed our 'girl talk'. 

I've been cooking for a get-together my granddaughter is having with a few friends in the garden on Good Friday. She'll be twenty on Easter Sunday. (Today is Spy Wednesday, I'd never heard of that until recently.) I remember seeing the Queen distributing Maundy Money in Chelmsford on Maundy Thursday in 1963.

I'm delighted that I have located a long-tailed-tits' nest high in the brambles at the south end of number three disused glasshouse.
