Lockdown 3: Day 87

Easing of restrictions: Day 4

A chilly 8 degrees C in the morning, but warmer in the afternoon. There was a lot of traffic going north when I was first out. I’m guessing that many cars contained walkers heading for a day in the hills.

My day has been dominated by shopping (just local) and gardening. I’ve managed to reduce the size of a hosta but the remaining section needs digging out when I have the energy.  Primroses have self seeded everywhere and need selective removal. 

The blip is a row of cottages in the old part of Ambleside. I liked the contrast between them and the dark sky behind.
