Getting bigger

Joey keeps growing... Busy working day today, but before that I was in our new house to let a structural engineer in. This is the third time he’s here and he doesn’t seem to know how to solve the puzzle. I’m worried now that our plans for an additional upstairs bedroom will need to be changed...
