Leaning Left

I'm often taken with the dropping-over shape this tree makes and photographing it against the light emphasizes its silhouette. I excluded the sky because it would be a distracting white patch on the edge of the frame.

I decided shade in the foreground and bright beyond the tree, helps draw the eye into the image and, encouraged by the sweeping branch, return back around to explore the details in the water.

I'm not sure it quite worked, but maybe an idea to play with. I feel the top right is a bit empty and better framing might help there. I would like to get the branch lower in the frame, but for that I'd need a stepladder.
