An Easter Treat

M and I normally enjoy dinner at our favourite restaurant, Morston Hall, in February or March to celebrate our birthdays.  With lockdown however, that's not been possible so we were delighted to be able to order an Easter Takeaway from them which we collected this morning and will enjoy for dinner tonight.  Some minimal cooking is required.

For those who may be interested the menu is:

Morston Hall Sourdough with raw butter
Canape - Cromer crab crumpet
Norfolk Peer Potato Veloute
Baked Lemon Sole St. Germain
Braised Shoulder of Herdwick Lamb & Lamb Cutlet
Vanilla Grand Cru

There is a sheet of cooking instructions which includes the following  helpful tip:

'Our menu has been prepared using some local top ingredients...just don't ****it up!

We'll try not to!
