Legend of the Dogwood

The Dogwood is the State flower for North Carolina and one of my favourite trees.

I have enjoyed having 4 of the trees in my backyard. Sadly I lost one to Hurricane Florence and then another to the Dogwood Anthracnose which is rampant in our area.

I found these awesome Legend of the Dogwood a couple of years ago and bought all that the store had in stock. There were several people I felt I needed to share them with. I think it is such a beautiful legend.

This being Sunday, we will be watching Music and the Spoken Word followed by the two sessions of General Conference.

Between the two sessions, we will have our Easter meal which we ordered from Cracker Barrel. It requires that I still do the cooking but the prep work is all done for me (Yay)
