Failed attempt back blip

We removed debris, raked, pulled ivy out of trees and mowed our neighbors yard this morning. He has had a heart valve replacement and will be coming down to their vacation home tomorrow. After that I tried to bake a lamb cake for our Easter dinner tomorrow. As you can see the cake stuck and ended up coming out in chunks.
Next we stuffed two pork loins for tomorrow and baked them. So late last night hubby helped me bake another lamb cake and this time it turned out fine. I will attempt to icing it tomorrow. I am not a baker even of box cakes so this was frustrating for me not fun.
