Off Road

The road beyond Rhydyronen, where we enjoyed our picnic yesterday, climbs, steeply at first, into a narrow side valley.   The 'road' gradually lessens in quality and around the corner ahead becomes a rutted and very rocky track.   Needless to say, the two adventurers carried on a fair way further!   A great afternoon walk in the sunshine before Ruth returns home tomorrow and the arctic air arrives in force.

Elsewise a quiet day.   I fussed over my seed pots, we had a nice roast meal and Ruth saw Grandma again while Jamie and Katie were sunset watching.  April stretches ahead full of promise.
