Tiny Van
Polsterei is Upholstery. I reckon you could get a kid's armchair in the back of this and nothing more. Goodness only knows how small the driver of this is, must be tiny. I couldn't fit in it. The little sign in the window say "Please don't damage out Piaggio", and must be there because it's been pushed over more than once (it would only take a couple of teenagers to do it).
Traffic lights have been on my mind today. Or rather specifically, the attitude of German drivers at traffic lights in response to a red light. There are, it seems, 2 types of red light.
Light or Fresh Red - this seems to mean "you don't have to stop if you really don't want to", normally there is at least one driver who thinks like this - usually on their mobile at the same time and they just don''t have the time to wait for anything. Really, they are that important.
And there is Dark Red when pedestrians are allowed to cross the road. This can irritate some drivers to the point where they do not see the red light and just drive anyway (Hallo Mr BMW Man on Humboldt Strasse around 5pm today - that was me you just missed, you arsch).
Seriously, there seems to be a "lalala - fingers in ears - it was orange, it was, it was" childlike attitude to traffic lights.
Yesterday's song was Delilah and the lyrics don't really bear much scrutiny. Let's see how you get on with today's song:-
Wenn du müde bist
klein fühlend
Wenn Tränen in deinen Augen sind
Ich werde sie alle trocknen
