Sowerby Bridge

I was going to go to Hebden Bridge this morning but I only got as far as Sowerby Bridge, it was nice and quiet so I decided not to go any further. It was about 8:30am and it remained quiet until about 10:30am when I decided to come home.  It's an interesting place and it's where the Calder & Hebble Navigation and the Rochdale Canal meet on the edge of the Pennines.  Once an industrial centre, the canal buildings have been re-purposed and turned into trendy pubs and cafes.
